€1000 – the maximum amount of 1 single payment.

5000€ – maximum amount per week, max. 4 transactions in total.

8000€ – limit per month (limit is automatically renewed after 30 days), maximum 10 transactions.

10 transfers – the limit of the number of transfers for 30 days

15000€ – limit per year (limit is renewed automatically after 365 days)

48 transfers – the limit of the number of transfers for 365 days

After the successful confirmation of the withdrawal of funds by the sender’s bank, the delivery of your transfer may take up to 1 working day. Usually, the transfer will be delivered to the recipient in matters of minutes. Spoko provides instant delivery to your bank, then the processing of your bank may take some time.

There is currently a fixed fee of 1 EUR with a 1 day delivery time. The maximum transfer amount for a fixed fee is up to PLN 4,500/EUR 1,000

In connection with the transition of Spoko to a new financial partner, in order to increase the security of payments, limits and reduced rates / commissions, as well as the emergence of new payment functions, the partner needs to re-verify the profile. The process of allowing you to update your profile and you will have access to new payment methods, a reduced exchange rate and more transfer limits.

Additionally, the program will request new information about the account owner. For our part, we have tried to simplify the questions and provide possible answers for you. You need to select the source of income, average income per month, area of work, position, the number of transfers you plan to make, the estimated amount of transfers, etc.

A request for additional information is necessary for transfers and the provision of additional service functions for the client. Complete data filling allows you to immediately use the maximum limits provided by the service and eliminates the need to provide any additional information in the future.

All data is provided solely for internal storage in your customer profile and all information is protected by Privacy Policy of Spoko and BESTPAY services. According to Privacy Policy services do not transfer data to third parties and maintain their complete confidentiality.

Additional information such as source of income, average income per month, area of work, position and similar items allow us to provide the maximum level of security for your funds. In particular, it completely excludes fraudulent attempts/actions in our service.
